If I want to try to lucid dream then I'll use brainwave generator. Not technically music but its sound while I sleep.

i generally don't need music to help me sleep, but if i've partied too hard and am 'involuntarily awake', i listen to stuff like death in june, coil, ennio morricone, goblin, vromb, pavarotti, gothica, sade, and maybe something light & glitchy like edit or portishead.

For my sleep take care Boards Of Canada,some Citizen Cope,The Knife
also little Jesu trip,The Perfect Circle,little breakcore.

Every time is a different,sometime is sleepless night then i listen one noisy french radio/Cannibal Caniche/ with random stuff from mashup,breakcore,ambient to noise and comedy ironic music.Really weird station.

nebulo and ab ovo do the trick. I've slept with mogwai and sigur ros as well, but KOLIA is the best to have a peaceful sleep.
