Importing VST's into renoise 1.9

this is probably a stoooooooopid question and it may be right under my nose but how the hell do you import VST's into the new version of renoise? i knew how to do it on 1.5 but im sure iv gone through actually every menu on 1.9 and cant find it anywhere :S, PWEASE HEWLP :C
