I feel like most of it is just the same stuff, with the same feel, over and over again. One song sounds exactly like the next... Except for a few. The best dubstep songs are the ones that aren't focused on the womp womp sound entirely. I've gotten over the fact that the womp womp sounds DOES sound pretty tight a while ago, so it'll take more than just that to get me interested in a song.

^Yes, it starts off with pretty standard, boring dubstep stuff, but later on, it gets interesting with fast gabber kicks and then later again, adds a fantastic melody that makes the song feel really dark. And then a random sample at the end

If all you've heard is the mainstream dubstep, and that is (in)forming your opinion on an entire genre, dig a little deeper plz.

However, lots of people just don't like goin slow. understandable.
