if your stuck you could do a thousand things, it really justmatters what kinda music you wanna make, sometimes i just listen to the radio, doesnt matter what channel, or i watch movies, everything is a potential sample
watch reallly bad horror movies, or the news
record sounds yourself, just make a tune and add to it if youd like, take one vocal sample and mash it up, make something funny, make something that no one would want to listen to, make something that only your friends would understand, make something outta cartoon sample sounds, animal sounds, etc.
overall though, dont force yourself to write music, it wont come out good, just experiment till you find something you really like then stick with it untill you lose your interest again

i guess i used the wrong word, i have plenty of inspiration, as soon as i sit down infront of the daw add kicks in. production was a huge stress releiver for me before but now stress itself seems to be hindering my production performance.
its probly because one hands always on my cock and the other rammed up my (or my dogs) ass.

get some self-discipline. Get rid of distractions.. disconnect your internet, turn the TV off etc.
I don't entirely agree with the comment above...sometimes you have to force yourself to get started. Then, once you've "broken through" and got something moving, it'll flow easy.

it's true... sometimes the start is the hardest part, especially if you don't have a particular concept in mind when you sit down... sometimes, you just need to treat it like a job and "go"... there is a point at which you break through and gain momentum... in my experience. then, before you know it the sun's coming up and you stand up on weak legs realizing you haven't eaten anything in 18 hours. that's when you know you're what the industry calls "an artist"
also, i agree with divtech... if you're really stuck but wish to remain productive, sample hunting is always a good resort... yes, it's the ultimate clerical duty of computer/sample-based music, but like collating and stapling shit in an office it's necessary... and who knows, you may find something that inspires you so much you go running right back to your DAW to start working with it////

I'm not quite sure if I can help you with this, as I don't remember ever having this problem. But when I make a track, the first thing I do is acquire all the samples and make/find all the synth patches I could possibly need, then worry about most of the actual part where I arrange the samples in a nice-sounding way later.

Great man i think the same.Inspiration came easy but it's too easy to gone. But we don't give up everything we make for the inspiration again and again.Til we find what's good for best producing. And of course don't force the things coz we don't need success at all.
