whyjust british punk? just listen to the records, and grab your own

lots of great american bands like the bad brains or negative approach (prolly call this hard core instead) have totally sample-able stuff

the vox in abomination street by vsnares is from a song by x-ray spex

I'm gonna try to sample the grindcore and deathmetal bands I used to play with in the 90's, ain't punk but I'm sure it will be fun.

no its just northern ireland. but weve fought for years and years for it be under british rule instead of irish.
putting the british in front deters folk from going oh cool northern ireland! must be cool being irish! theres 2 countrys, northern ireland (british) republic of ireland (irish) theres no such country as ireland believe it or not.

hehehe yeah i realized that mate, was just being an idiot :wink:

but seriously i am into a lot of that stuff and i used to sample it regularly, bands like - the exploited, chaos uk, disorder etc etc...some of it i have on CD and vinyl but a lot of it i used to source online, try slsk or something :twisted:

Crass are probably the most sample heavy "punk" band there was. Rudimentary Peni are decent for poetic stuff....old gothik rock is excellent for guitars...13th Chime , Vex...
