You going to elaborate on why my opinion regarding mainstream Hip Hop is the wrong opinion, or are you going to just sit there with your 2:2 in Media studies frapping off to Kasabian all afternoon?

I only like rappers who don't portray themself as how gangster they are, even if they are.

And i hate it when one finally makes a hit or something, they make a videoclip with expensive shit and scream out shit like how rich they are, fucking litlle children.

Also have been found guilty of listening to an occasionall rap in the past.

It's Dre's verse from express yourself, as Dre was a member of NWA and at one point he was thought to be clean of the green stuff, although apparently he gets a lot of people to "ghost" write his lyrics "with" him so who knows who actually wrote that line :D

Sage francis definatly shits all over Pac, as does Big L, KRS- One Buck 65, Melle Mel, Athmosphere, Roots manuva, Mad Lib / Quasimoto and my all time favourite MF Doom / King Geedorah! Danger Doom being(in my opinion of course) the best English language hip-hop album of all time! The soundtrack to a movie called "M'a cite va crack-er " being my favourite French rap album, i would put them on par!

no because it's clear you don't even know the history of hip-hop and you're probably just some cunt who listens to trendy music (company flow, cannibal ox).

Edited (to remove the bulk of the foul language): Yeah once you shower us in your evident Hip Hop knowledge then perhaps i'll care, as it currently stands, you are a festering, weapon's grade moron. Do you live in England, and more importantly are you going to be at either Sindrome this weekend or the Teknoist's birthday bash next weekend? If so you can find me down the front, i'm the bald twat who will be more than happy to discuss Hip Hop, Breakcore and other topics that belong to you, and maybe you can call me a cunt to my face and let some more steam off your chest, i'll be happy to reciprocate.

Well done for contributing to the other threads in this forum by the way, you're a highly valued member of the Breakcore hating community. I seriously hope you die of bowel cancer you pretentious little cunt.

when you give him attention it just encourages him

if hes as pretentious and ignorant as is presented, what good does it do you to try and put him down, i dont think giving anyone like that a second thought is worth your time

just let the bastard rot, he'll run outta steam eventually

totally with djtheblade on this one. spot on. the hiphop that influences the masses has gone to shit since the golden era. gangster rap turned it all downhill.

meanwhile there's still a lot of dope shit out there, just never gets radio play. people want booty shakers and rims, not a positive or socially conscious message.

RJD2 / Cunninlynguists / Masta Ace - Seasons says it best.
