You're argument is completey fucking stupid and totally misplaced.

I don't care what "ethnicity" the musician is
I don't care what they grew up listening to
I couldn't give a shit where they got their samples from
Or if they were racially qualified to use them
I don't care what fucking software they used either, while we're at it

Instructions: Listen to the music; do you like it? Yes/No. That's all that matters to true music fans.

If you want to get politics involved, then kindly fuck off and start a protest outside the next shitmatt gig.

You are blates completely devoid of any sense of "fun". And please don't bother making any music yourself, since you're clearly so self-concsious about what you use and how you use it, it'll no doubt be homogenised and boring.

And just for the record, I don't particularly like "raggacore" myself.

Who the fuck mentioned ethnicity. I mentioned WHITE people specifically.
You've tried to nail me from every angle and failed miserably, spouting rhetoric about politics, ethnic groups...blah blah blah blurgghh. Stay on point instead of trying to come across all moral and balanced, then attacking my character and music tastes like your the arbiter of good taste. Here's my point condensed for easy digestion:

WHITETWENTYSOMETHINGSANDRAGGADON'TMIX!!!!

And here's the answers to the bile you just spewed.

Q:I don't care what "ethnicity" the musician is .A: NEITHER DO I YOU SELF RIGHTEOUS PRICK.
Q:I don't care what they grew up listening to. A:WHO'S THEY? WHITE FOLK BROUGHT UP ON RAGGA?
Q:I couldn't give a shit where they got their samples from
Or if they were racially qualified to use them. A:I BET YOU TELL THAT TO ALL THE BLACK CHICKS.
Q:I don't care what fucking software they used either, while we're at it . A:WHO THE FUCK MENTIONED SOFTWARE YOU PILLOCK.

P.S. I do make music, and i do sample anything and everything, just looks like i'll have to boycott ragga due to over saturation. And i'll happily send you an mp3 of a tune i've made to prove i'm not the "devoid of fun bore" your trying to portray me as.

Everybody should just stfu, lets keep it simple, if you like it, you listen to it, if you like it and you can make it, do that.

Who gives a shit, everybody should do just what the fuck they want. :?

See, this is the bit I don't get but I think I see your angle at least. I would agree with you if the raggacore produced by guys such as Aaron Spectre was shit but it's not. If you had instead said white 30 somethings and reggae don't mix and pointed out the Police or UB40 then I might start to agree with you because it sounds really lame but then again the Clash did it pretty well and, more recently, the ska-punk scene was pretty big a few years ago. White kids and Jamaican music have been mixing for the last 40 years and for the most part, it works pretty well.

Does this mean you used to use ragga samples or would be happy to if everyone else wasn't using them? Because if so it changes the direction of your argument completely.

I just reread my first post, i can see how it comes across as bollox
Maybe i should take my herbal medication before going off on a rant :P
Also, if i'm honest, i haven't heard enough of this ragga/breakcore fusion to be condemning it all as lame.........i'm willing to be proven wrong.

I'm just a northern monkey who like disease music

Ragga vocals are just carried over from jungle... remarc's been doing it since the early 90's. I don't get how it's a new or hip thing. It's always sounded hot over an amen break. This argument is pretty stupid regardless

Ragga vocals sound better phonetically than boring pop singalong crap. Like metal vocalists, it's about the groove, most of the time I'd rather not completely know what they're singing about anyway.

I'm glad it's "trendy" at the moment in breakcore because I liked reggae and dub before I'd gotten into any mangled shit. If the factoring trend was say, power metal sampling, I'd be pissed off and might consider making a counter-trend thread on the Internet, begging for breakcore producers worldwide to stop. But luckily most people have good taste (ragga influences are abundant).
