Are you using the "software" option as recording source in total recorder, or are you using "sound board" and just patching the output to the input?

You can choose the "sound board" option instead of "software", then simply hook a cable from the output of your soundcard to an input. You may lose quality, depending on your cpu etc as the sound has to be converted from digital to analog and back again, but it might be an un-elegant solution to your problem.

Doesn't work...
But i found solution on laptop echo indigo dj, total recorder can rec virtual recording, but this shit can't fucking do exactly what i want it on laptop - tr can't rec ASIO or multiple outputs, coz for some reason drivers of echo ARE NOT RECORDING, and diss shit use some virtual emulation of av rack....
awesome!
