actually you can just take ordinary hard techno kick and then take that grr grr bass or just distort and eq the bass yourself or sometimes reversing a distorted kick works for a bass aswell
then you will get that boom-grr frenchcore sound

Rip off hard trance beats and bass, then speed it up.

Can anyone recommend me some good mixes, been listening to the same bloody mixes for the last year.

frenchcore is when you walk up to a french person and kick them square in the nuts. (preferably a man, otherwise it doesn't work as well.)

then record them. 8)

at least thats what wikipedia says.

if you have fl studio put an un muted peak controller on your kick and using inverted mapping control the volume of a good terror kick

Frenchcore is a dancefloor hardcore style (not hardtek, hardtek is less distortionned and more atmospheric like psy trance), Kick then bass kick then bass up to 180 - 220 bpm with industrial mayhems. Best exemples are Radium (Inextremist album), some Micropoint tracks, most of the sounds on Audiogenic labels.

I use reason and by the past FLP, the better way to get frenchcore kick is to get a good hitting kick, a bass sound (you can also used distorded synthetizers) and a good distortion effect. place kick and bass like this : K B K B K B K B and blow them both on the same effect that they can be mixed.

here is an exemple I've just made under reason, if it can help :D

PS: I'm french and if someone kick me in the nuts I think like anybody else I'll kick his ass :P

Cool style of hardcore.. reminds me of "Italian Hardcore", almost similar to roots of Hi-NRG and euro-style, its know for that half delay kick and melodic trance leads.. check it out on any hardcore lable from Italy.
