Terrorland!
CSR - Welcome to Terrorland!
My ex girl brought this randomly at "thisisourpunkrock" with Venetian Snares and Alec Empire in London. Id never really heard much Terrorcore by then but it DEFINATLY got me into it after hearing it. Now its my music of choice next to Breakcore.
Anyone else heard it? anyone else want to share their opinions on it? anyone know of any other Terrorcore albums worth listening too?

It depends what you are referring to as terrorcore. I would say Ladyscraper and DJ Floorclearer are terrorcore but maybe I am wrong. You should listen to them anyway though.

jesus .. these sub-sub-genre's are just getting fucking stupid and pointless now. Just w.t.f. is terror or terrorcore supposed to be? hallowe'en with breakbeats? Otherwise normal gabba with the occasional scream or horror movie sample thus justifying an entirely new genre label? Oh mercy, just fucking drop it.
i can't even tell when it's ironic anymore.

I've got it. DJ Plague gave me a copy wen he came to play at Subliminal Discharge. It's a cool CD. I really like track 10, Interrupt Vector - Zombie Suicide Bomber
There are better ones out there though.
I also went to CSR - Return to Terrorland in March 2006. It was immense.
I was seriously fucked up at that event.

By the looks of things you should be listening to some Terror, you got some serious anger issues pal!
FYI...Terror is just the Dutch word for Gabba/Speedcore between 250 + 300 bpm. It's basically Speedcore but really dutch influenced. Anyway, no need to bust a nut over it.

Terrorcore was a term used years ago to describe a particular type of Hardcore that used loads of evil/terror sounds and pads. It didn't have to be fast, a lot of popular stuff such as Neophyte and Evil Activities could be considered terror, as it doesn't just paste gabber kicks over happy hardcore riffs all the time, unlike a lot of the dutch style hardcore.

Terror needs to be between 220-300 bpm or something.
Terror is still my favorite music type, fast hard but not speedcore fast.
This is what is considered terror:

Just consider it to be faster hardcore, without happy tunes (usually)
