it might help if you take a gabber kick and pitch it down then up, there are other ways to get that suction cup sound if you minipulate the filter on your synth
I use reason and by the past FLP, the better way to get frenchcore kick is to get a good hitting kick, a bass sound (you can also used distorded synthetizers) and a good distortion effect. place kick and bass like this : K B K B K B K B and blow them both on the same effect that they can be mixed.
here is an exemple I've just made under reason, if it can help Very Happy

Too many sub-genres. ack!
If it has "core" in the name then it's hardcore.
Kick bass kick bass kick bass... wow, that's like so many other genres. It sounds like Hard House or Trance with some distortion which sounds like Gabber which sounds like...
ahh screw it.

I usually take a clubby, loud but clean kick, and paste a VST-created bass behind it. Then I distort the whole thing to the max, I render the distorted kick plus bass and put some good old equalizin' on it, so I sounds really stomping yet dirty. You can also increase your width for a better sound.
At least, that's how I make my kicks... and they sound frenchy
