Check out Retrigger, he's from brazil and does surf/breakcore/rockabilly stuff. He's definitely got a original sound. Pretty awesome.

last year we had a 'breakcore special night' here in brazil, with many native producers performing, and Dj Droon (Breakcore gives me wood) closing the night

it was awesome

brazilian blog about breakcore and others, you can download several brazilian breakcore artists (including their own work called 'Digiters')

I recomend ZandoZ Corp: http://digiters.wordpress.com/2008/04/2 ... -palhacus/

I heard some good artists like cardopusher from venezuela and there is lokoto sangriento, and gusano del ano pendejo from bolivia who claims to do f*ck music instead of music.
