Don't have a single fave, but I never get tired of Syndicate,Xylocain,Embolism,Monolith off of Fischcopf. Anything off of White Breaks, New Skin, Sonic Subjunkies, The Destroyer LP by Alec Empire, Shizu VS Shizor. And of course Christoph De Babalon. I consider these the real O.G breakcore pioneers. Call me old school, I don't give a fuck..

Well of course Venetian Snares is essential listening; my favourite release by him is Pink + Green.
This probably doesn't count as breakcore though, but I'd also recommend Kid606, especially his album "Who Still Kill Sound?".

Wow I'm in the exact same position as you, Try some of Jahba's tracks, also his mixes are phatness, they've got a few Hardtek/Kore influences, he plays for Life4Land but produces his own vinyls/tracks/mp3's/mixes etc. He also done a wicked set at Bangface I will find the mix and post it up later so you can browse through the tracklist and get some idea's etc...

Hands down it's Abelcain. The guy is amazing, I have all of his stuff. Drums are just perfect on all the records, but especially on the Garden and in "Danse Macabre".

I just bought that Davros album too off of Discogs, I'm excited to be one of the few to actually hear it.
