Contemporary Core : ?
That last contest, the contemporary core one, I really felt robbed of my victory, the discription didn't really make any sense, but it certainly did not say remix girls just wanna have fun.
No offense BD, but anyone (well, just about anyone) could have done a remix of that song and people would have thought it was wicked, just because it's a great song and its quite funny to remix.
I had 13 votes for mine and about 130 plays, that came to 6.69.
The winner had 7 votes and about 90 plays at the time, that came to 6.71.
My point, I shoulda won.
Perhaps you should go back and listen to Masher5, read the contest details, and tell me what you think.

P.S. I know this is kinda bitchy but the truth must be told.

Have you thought that Babylon Disco's track was simply better than yours? No offence, but your track was more-or-less the same drum pattern with little variation over over a nice, but ultimately uninspiring collection of pitched-up 80s and 90s hits. The winning track on the other hand is something I might actually want to listen to again, being an actual song. Getting arsey about coming second in an online competition on a breakcore forum seems a little pointless in my opinion, especially when people voted fairly and without prejudice on the track they thought was best.
