yeah i'm not that n00b but I just bought a kaosspad 3 and found it so funny
i do music with my portable but i decided to fuck the pc and start using only hardware.
what to buy next to start breakcore?

i thought that kp3 could do well as an effect processor and for some one-shot samples, but next? i need the breakcore chkhckhckhckc

u need a midi controller and a laptop w/ some software. renoise, reason, logic, acid pro, something like that. you also need an audio interface so you can use your kaoss pad.

face the music man, you can;t do it with hardware unless you have old alalogue shit but even then its just to hard to tweek and cut.....get a laptop get logic and get a midi controller

if you are going the all hardware route, you def will need a sampler with a sequencer. unless boss is coming out with a drum machine with built in sounds of a billion amens and distorted 909 kick drums.

HMm breakcore without a computer? wow.. good luck..

I suggest a software for the drums and you can do everything else with hardware.. but I don't think you can achieve an interesting breakcore drum programming without a computer.
