Anyone use them? Any names? Not too expansive;) Or maybe anyone have made analog synthesiser on it's on? Any tips or links to some i dunno schematics or plain text about this?;)

i had a moog concertmate mg1 like ten years ago. i didnt know how to synth back then. um... if you want to find schematics or build a synth/ circuit bend you should probably like, use google... or something. i hear it's good for finding stuff.

Yeah, it's amazing how close the revolution sounds to a 303 at times. Plus it's seq is fucking circular! And it's MIDI capable! And you can DIN sync it to old Roland boxes! I think I'ma get one.

dave smith just put out this awesome budget analog synth. no external keyboard, but it sounds amazing.

my advice... if you can afford to, go modular. if you get bored with your system you don't have to toss the whole thing, just expand it or trade for new modules. plus you can do things you'd never be able to pull off with most integrated analog synths. doepfer is pretty popular these days. synthesizers.com make some really solid stuff based on the old moog modular systems and are pretty affordable, but the I/O is all 1/4" phono which seems to be fading in popularity.

if you can't afford modular there's always puredata :wink:
