DIY corssfader help
hello, id like to ask if anyone has ideas on how to make a diy crossfader with USB, to use it for controlling the dj program decks fader(instead of mouse), or some cheap solution on controlling the program via hardware.(unfortunatelly i cant easily afford even the standard hercules ones).

google "midi gamepad"
EDIT: you did!
use a circular saw to open the gamepad and remove the spring... or leave it alone and just use the directional pads to control the x-fader. but that might leave you with only 3 possible states to work with - left, right, center... depending on how your dj program lets you map. no smooth transitions to be had... but this is for breakcore right? fuck that smooth shit!!
