DIY USB midi controller

Postby killstablo » Sat Dec 13, 2008 10:17 am

i'm planning on building a usb midi controller using a usb keyboard controller and hooking up the different key combinations to piezo contact switches, however, i'm not sure how to make it velocity sensitive. I know that the switches are velocity sensitive, but not sure how this will translate into the keyboard controller :?

Has anyone built/had experience with this before? any help would be much appreciated :)
