Postby 133crazydirector » Sun Aug 03, 2008 10:24 am

Help to choose good ones, maybe something like M-Audio Studiophile SP-BX8a or this ESI nEar08 eXperience they seems to cost almost eually (~500$) and have same qualitys...As it written there.
So, Can someone advice me which one's better?
Maybe someone work with?
Or show me a way better speakers in same cost, please :)

ive got some m-audio studiophile bx8a's i do recomend them there amazing!!
but have a look about for them a bit before you buy because i noticed they go for like 300quid but i managed to get mine for 170 ;) just realised u where talking in dollars so i dont actually know how much less it would cost to get them shipped from the UK.... but still i'm sure u'll be able 2 find them for less than $500

Yes Most MAudio Products DOMINATE! their M Studiophiles are SWEET and cheaper on Ebay, I use 2 Studiophiles a Mixer and a Behringer Keyboard amp for synths and they RoCk.

These are what I use. I'd recommend checking them out.

Also remember that you shouldnt be looking for the speakers that make youre tracks sound the phattest.

I was thinking of the M-Audio Studiophile AV40's for myself...

They're a bit dinkier than the BX5/8a's, but the inputs are better for my setup (L/R 1/4" TRS, RCA ins on one speaker as opposed to the BX5/8a's which have one 1/4" TRS and one XLR on each side).

Plus they're only $150! If the BX8a's had better inputs, I'd spare the extra expense for them though.

im a bit of a speaker nut. i have the event studio precision 8's and they give me a boner. i recommend saving up and getting some good full-range monitors instead of settling for some m-audio wannabes. if you go to a guitar center and check out other monitors, you will hear what the cheaper $500 a pair monitors lack and it might make you want to save up.
