I have jammed on it a bit...

Purely presets, though you can adjust scale and the way you process and play it certainly opens the spectrum ov possibility...

Its portability is what really turns me on about it.. throw some batteries in that with a portable sampler and you are ready to cruise the soundsystems!

seriously tho im thinkin of gettin one but i dunno if i shud get the kp3 an all.

is it worth gettin either or just sticking to ma trusty laptop?
i aint gettin on no plane suuucckkaaa

I love my Kaossilator but I wouldn't get over-excited about using it as a substitute for a laptop. It's fun to experiment on and it's the most portable music making device you can buy but in a live set up, there's no real benefit over something like Ableton. If you have £100 spare though, it's money well spent in my opinion.
