in the playlist where you place the patterns there are two sections.
the first is for the patterns, the second for the automation and audio clips. Drag and drop the audio clip, revert to none quantization and use the "cut" tool (tools next to the playlist options -pencil,brush etc) and slice the audio part you wish. :) there you go

Damn, I think I did not expres myself clearly
My question is how you sample movies and audio from youtube or other media that isn't an audioclip already.
For example, i'm watching a nice disgusting horror movie and I want a cool phrase to be sampled, how do I do that?

Ok ... I will help you ... First of all use firefox and install the DownloadHelper Addon ...then stream any video on youtube and just download it with the addon you just installed.Next , you will download a flv file or an mp4...depends...i usually download flv and then convert them into mp3.After that i import the song in fl and start sampling.Or you could use Audacity to record the sound while your streaming . Hope this helped . :D
