anyone else resampling this shit? i'm getting loads of retarded samples from around the world. it's like... ham radio in the hands of yahoo chat.

and if i set my sound card up the right way, i can spit the resampled audio back into the skypecast, for all to hear! oh, the chaos and confusion i am causing! hahahahaha...

I never really messed around with skype too much when I had it. Sounds like a legal way of doing some scanner type stuff. Usually if I want samples like that I just use field recordings. I also found a site with all sorts of casette tapes found at goodwill stores with randomness on em.
