Well I Guess You Could Scratch Any Mp3 Sample Then Couldn't You?
And Wouldn't It Be So much Nicer If You Decided What Samples You Used?

I was talking with a friend last night and he was telling me of some huge sample pack he has of all sorts of scratch samples. I'm working on getting myself a copy too, because it sounded rather interesting from what he described. I'll see if I can get a link or upload it soon. Apparently it was like 2-3 gigs worth of samples.

If you use FL for producing you can use a tool called wavetraveler, that allows you to scratch any audio the way you want... though that doesn't sound "true" I guess...
but it's quite worth a try + more flexible than using an already finished scratch
