hi when ever i try and download some samples it ever goes in a winrar file witch wont open or play or as a .php wich wont work ever any one could tell me wat iam doing wrong or how thay download them any surgestions

I just downloaded a sample pack and the Deformat releases and they were fine.
If you don't have WinRAR to unzip the file you can get it here:

it's really not complicated.

download rar file.
use winrar to unrar it.
profit.

google would even tell you guys that. i'm almost curious why you're concerned about something simple like downloading and unzipping sample files in the first place, because it's far easier than actually using the samples most of the time.
