need a good pitchshifter
the only thing i miss,from renoises internal effects,is a good pitchshifter.

with auto-timestretching and still good quality sound
or try son of a pitch, it's used a lot
the rest i found on the web were just plain crappy
If you have any of the guitar amp modeling packages, they usually have a pitch shifter that can be controlled using MIDI cc.
If it's a lead sound, I'd actually recommend using either the Waves Stompbox shifter, or the Amplitube shifter... the algorithms are both designed for shifting synths or lead-guitar type sounds, without introducing chipmunk-effect artifacts.
