I got no use anymore for the patternplaylist, i just use the tracks becouse i have much more freedom with chopping and rearranging the stuff i wrote + it looks cooler than some crappy bars. =)

Tracks, for the exact same reason aerick said. It's so much easier to see what you're working on. I almost always have the patterns section completely hidden - only show it to delete patterns, then put it back away. Kinda wish they'd eliminate it altogether...
