How can I get rid of this one stupid thing fl studio does?

When I work on a wav sample in Edison or I just export a sound a VST made (gabber-o-matic say) to wav format, when I open the file again to see how it sounds, the stupid thing plays only one pitch, so then I have to put the time knob in the time stretching feature of the sampler all the way down. It's fucking annoying. Anyone know how to get rid of that defaulting feature?

yeah it's a thing that really sux..., but why samples. use a nice drummachine and record everything u do.
