Media Players, File Conveting, any good suggestions?

anyone know of some or a kick ass media player besides windows media player and itunes that can convert files from wav to mp3 or visa versa and maybe be able to burn CD's ?

I usually just use Adobe Audition for all my file converting since its quick, easy and loads of options. As for burning cd's, I just used itunes for that along with tagging my files.
