Fasttracker 2 (love the option to play snake if tired of producing), after that Modplug tracker, these days renoise.
I really need a primer on how to utilize a tracker interface. I've been using standard software midi sequencers or hardware sequencers since I started fucking around with electronic stuff in the early '90s, and have never gotten into using a tracker for sequencing. Lots of music I love is made on them and I would love to learn.

Aldrin probably the most exciting Linux audio softstudio project ever! edit: Just thought I'd point out Aldrin is a trackerQuamen wrote:Is there any good tracker out there for Linux ?
Also there is a new port of Renoise but I wouldn't expect it to be that good (expect audio dropouts when anything graphical happens).
edit: Of course I can't post about trackers without mentioning Buzz, now that is one serious piece of software.
