I think the 3 post rule is now gone, with a little direction from jm i was able to find the code. Anyway i tested it with a test user and the download worked so that's nice. I think there might be some issues still with registration for date new users but we will soon see.
This will will probably mean post count of the website will go down even more, but fuck it.
