same here. i got his last album(the 1 about rolph harris) and it was the first or 2nd time ive ever heard mashupcore, it took me a while to get me head used to that sorta thing...

A DJ I know 'informed' me quite bluntly. Don't know if he's right or wrong, lost the argument with him any way - I thought Shitmat was Raggacore like you said.

'The Subliminal Pograddy Disection' EP Shitmat released last year is pretty thin on Ragga and he's been moving slowly away from his Raggacore roots for a while.

Shitmat's portfolio is so diverse it's hard to place him in a genre ... I think that's what makes it swampcore, i.e. your 'swamped' by too much mashed up shit to classify.

Probably completely wrong, so screw it. Sub-genre definitions are pretentious as fuck. It's all just breakcore to me.
