A friend recently said, as we were listening to this album, “You have to be insane to make music like this… I feel like I’m crazy just listening to it!”. The line between genius and insanity is a very very fine one; theDEXorphan tightrope walks that line with skill, class, and unbridled passion. Coming correct with his full length release “Suicide”, the seventh release on Bludclot Recordings from theDEXorphan decidedly sets out to get it twisted – “it” being your brain.

At one moment melodic and beautiful, the next noisy and agressive – and sometimes achieving both simultaneously and miraculously, “Suicide” is the soundtrack that a good chunk of your braincells cue up as they jump the proverbial cliff. Incredible breakbeats, intricate song structure, impeccable production value, indelible mark made on the Bludclot Recordings catalog – “Suicide” sets a standard for which all future Bludclot releases will strive to live up to.
