DJ Donna Summer - Rock Rock Rock Remixes

Postby Silent Frog » Sat May 03, 2008 4:20 pm

Just noticed there's some new free shit up on the Cock Rock Disco website. 14 remixes of the title track from Donna Summer's latest release. Downloading now and I haven't heard the original but some of those names get me quite excited. I especially want to hear the Nero's Day At Disneyland one! http://www.cockrockdisco.com/CRD2/album ... 3-007.html

That is a nice remixer list. I'm about to DL this as well, thanks for the heads up.

I'm quite impressed with it. The Aaron Spektre one contains some tight production as ever and the DJ C is very different from his usual stuff and is always interesting to hear when producers stray into different territory. The stand out one is easily the japanese trancecore by t+pazolite though!

Me + this + laptop hooked to stereo + wine + burger + magnetoshphere plugin on itunes = life is good after all.

I've really liked the "ravey" type remixes on here especially the glowstyxx aka bong ra one once the high pitched vocals kick in. But there is a nice wide variety, some of the tunes got some reaaaaaalllll nasty basslines I love.

Great stuff, I've been listening to it all day.
