There are two beats playing at the same time, one is custom created and the more audible (the one you refer to I guess) is the break from the original song itself, only played faster and played through a bitcrusher.
And yes, not fond of the singing either, but the odd "ihih" sound in magazine just killed me, hence I decided to fuck it up.
