Im wondering why i made this section....

MAJOR BREAKCORE LABEL....

kinda doenst really sound right Wink

I guess if you considered the largest labels, maybe planet-mu, sublight, (essentially anything tied to snares) I guess that would be as close as it gets....

I think I need to reorganize the forum a bit.... whatever it was a quick layout.

i say can it.

Mu and Sublight might be big in breakcore.......but they both are still run by just one person respectively. they are sstill as indy as it gets.

biggest Mu release (snares cd) only does about 10,000 units. thats hardly big.

indy rock labels that do that are considered very tiny.

Well true, nothing really in the breakcore, or really even the electronic scene (exception of house maybe) can be considered mainstream. But what I put in "major" as in regard to mu, sublight, adnoiseum, etc. simply because they are the more known labels. and by Independent I meant more on the lines, of the smaller, less known, played, sold, respected Wink

As for dj mixes. I have a section to add files in the downloads section. However I can't really do the bandwidth battle of letting users uplaod mixes.

On an artist page, you can add links to them though.

Yes and I snagged up a bunch of releases of theirs off bleep.com before they were removed. Now I gotta track down cd's for the ones I didn't have time/money to get.
